My Story
I'm Heidi Jo Eigenberger - artist, actress, silversmith, and founder of Stix & Stoned. I grew up in Wisconsin in a family of entrepreneurs, raised to believe in building something meaningful.
After falling in love with photography, performance, and the the unique hobby I picked up of freshwater surfing on Lake Michigan, I followed my creative instincts west to California.

After spending a month on the road with my partner, with the help of many friends along the way, I settled in to Oceanside, CA to find my community, expand my modeling career and establish my acting career. I have worked with many established brands, reputable industry clients and my career continues to evolve.
My client list has been diverse and includes Wrangler, Volkswagen, Secret Deodorant, MTV, TNT, Hobie, Transworld Surf, Maxim, Apple, Samsung, Lifeproof, Otterbox, American Airlines, Mastercard, Uniqlo, Square, Stanley Cups, Athletic Brewing, and more.
Through following my passions, I have gained many skills along the way. I solidified my eye for trends, posing techniques, photography, set design, and lighting. I absorb everything I can.
I often incorporate my love of unique textures and reclaimed goods in my artwork, whether that's from nature or thrifted goods.

Stix & Stoned began organically as a passion project. First I began designing custom jackets. Then came markets, music festivals, and eventually a renovated 1986 Dodge van where I sold my art and met the community that would help shape this brand.
In 2020 I followed my passion of making jewelry and I expanded my brand, my craft and my jewelry line into unique, handmade sterling silver items. Nearly all of the lapidary work has been cut and shaped by me or they were gifted to me by someone in my gem and mineral collective where I volunteer weekly.
THIS IS MY 1986 DODGE VAN THAT I BOUGHT FROM DAVID AND RENOVATED INTO MY MOBILE POP UP SHOP
My mother always told me I'd be living in a van down by the river (lovingly, sarcastically), and after a brief stint of living in a van behind a skate shop, I will take living near the ocean with a van, instead, for now. :)
Somewhere along my journey I picked up a now defunct Minolta point and shoot camera from The Salvation Army in my hometown. Along with a handful of expired film, I began photographing my perspective on that camera.
Today Stix and Stoned lives at the intersection of story, style, and soul. Every product- from a one of a kind ring to a 35mm film print- carries a piece of the journey. By supporting this shop, you're not just purchasing something handmade. You're becoming part of the story - and maybe even inspired to chase your own dream.
Thanks for being here. Keep creating. Keep wandering. Keep dreaming.
